Frigidity
is the inability of a woman to experience pleasure from sexual
intercourse. Frigidity is usually of psychological origin, stemming from fear, guilt,
depression,
conflict with one’s mate, and/or feelings of inferiority. Unpleasant childhood and adolescent
experiences are often factors.
For
some women, however, frigidity may be a result of physiological factors. Some women find intercourse painful due to insufficient lubrication,
inadequate stimulation, underlying illness or infection, or some other physical cause. The pain
causes them to fear and shrink from sexual contact. Vitamin deficiency can cause a deficiency
in estrogen levels and result in improper vaginal lubrication. The supplement program outlined below
will help.
Hypothyroidism maybe a factor.
